A postpartum doula is a non-medical practitioner who provides in-home care and assistance to new mom's and help them adjust to life with their babies! Postpartum doulas offer emotional support and education to new moms. Some postpartum doulas offer breastfeeding assistance and help with newborn infant care, while others offer light housekeeping, errand running and help keep siblings busy!
